Mode builds contemporary homes that are sympathetic to and understanding of the surrounding coastal landscape. Each project we build is a one-off. Our homes strive for both elegance and practicality, a blend that is achieved through rigorous design, quality craftsmanship and careful material selection. The result is a home that grow with you; a home that will reflect you, rather than contain you.

Barn Extension

This large extension of an existing 1930s English revival weatherboard involved the addition of a contemporary barn-style living space, new kitchen with butler's pantry and fully refurbished pool and outdoor entertaining area. The brief was to revitalise and rationalise the space for a modern family while preserving the classic detailing of the existing home.
